Abayomi Forever |
|
We are Herma and Fabiola, mother and daughter. In January 2007 there was a litter shelties born at Herma’s house. Two puppies of that litter we kept: Romi and Iboya. Soon after that came Galeshka, half-sister of Romi and Iboya. Romi and Galeshka live with Herma and Iboya lives with Fabiola.
After the mother of Romi and Iboya had her last litter at Herma’s place we decided to apply for a kennel name. In October 2008 the name became official by the Board of Governors of the Dutch Sheltie Association. Abayomi Forever means: born to give luck forever. Of course this is what we hope the puppies will do for their new owners. |

Our dogs live and sleep in our houses. The puppies are born and raised in the living room. Before they go to their new owners they get chipped and dewormed. Their eyes are also being tested. When the puppies are old enough we take them outside: the garden, a store, when we visit someone etc. Getting some experience is very important at this moment of age. Getting to know other smells, sounds, animals and people. We try to get the puppies housetrained, but they are animals and one is quicker than the other.
Of course we love to see them grow up and get adult dogs. We try to maintain contact with the new owner if they appreciate that.
When you are looking for a sweet puppy please contact us. We want to see the new owners before there are decisions being made. We don’t sell by email or phone. As breeders we have the right of first choice of the litter. This may happen when the puppies are 8 weeks old.
We are members of the Dutch Sheltie Association and breed according to their guidelines. On their website you can find more information about: breed, health, care, character etc. www.nederlandsesheltievereniging.nl |
